London, UK • 24 June 2025 — Lumino’s CEO, Thomas Gray, receives the “Industry Rising Star” award during the Business of Cannabis Awards 2025.
This award celebrates an ‘individual who has already displayed exceptional leadership qualities and/or shown an unwavering commitment to driving positive change’ in the cannabis industry.
This moment is a special one for the team as it represents not only the industry’s recognition of Tom’s efforts — who has also recently taken on the role as Co-Chair of the Cannabis Industry Council — but also an acknowledgement of the impact that our recruitment agency has had in pushing the cannabis industry forward.
